Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

No, the ADR's made by CM's over the phone (Askersus, Hoopty Doo, 1900 Park Fare, etc.) were still there. It was a number of my ADR's that were made online that disappeared. But it wasn't all of them. It was very strange like the system dumped all ressies I made in July and any that I made right after the upgrade.

So just make sure you have confirmation numbers and times. And I'm pretty sure they will work with you if something is messed up. I was really upset though that I called and was reassured that they were all there.

That's what I meant. Not ADR's you made over the phone, but ADR's that a CM confirmed were there when you called (ie. either somewhere they dropped out of the system or when people are calling to check some CM's aren't really checking thoroughly )

Sigh --

Just wanted to report that after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes this morning, the CM politely but firmly refused to look up my ADRs to confirm them. "Just check back in a week and everything will be visible again online, but as long as you have your confirmation numbers you are all set -- all the reservations will be there," she said. My worry, I told her, is that we leave for WDW on Friday (in 4 days from now), so I'd really like to know now if there are going to be any problems.

"There will be no problems as long as you have your confirmation numbers, have a nice day."

Oh, I am SO hoping we don't have any issues.....

Call them again. Hopefully, you will get a nicer CM this time.:surfweb:

The system is now displaying all my ADR's (I couldn't see any yesterday) so I think they have tweeked it a little more (Phew!!!) :goodvibes

I called and got the same response, if you have your confirmation numbers you should be fine, and didn't look mine up either, so I guess I go with my adr # and hope for the best.

i am missing some ADR's as well.
most of mine are showing up, but i am missing a few. unfortunately, i cannot find the confirmation email for 1 of the missing ones??? not sure what to do about that???
hopefully they will pop back up online in a few days...just not quite understanding why some are showing and others are missing??? kinda odd?:confused3

I made all my ressies at 180 days and not one is showing up.

I do have all my confirm #s fortunately...

Mine are all showing up for the first time since the first system upgrade!

I was a little worried and was thinking of calling but waited it out. I have over 30 ADR's because of the DxDP for 10 days but the important ones were showing up and the others I wasn't worried about. I booked most of the ADR's between 180-140 days out and we travel in late Jan if that matters to others who are trying to find reasoning in this mess.

None of our are showing up yet. My wife called and they found all of them.

Thank you for noting when your ADRs are for, yxe dad.

Based on your post and on those of others who have mentioned when their ADRs are for, it looks like they may be working their way backwards, beginning with the April ADRs. Looks like they're working on January now. Hopefully December and November ones will be done by the end of this week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

my two dining ressies for December are still not showing up. I even put in the conf & phone #'s, and still no record of them. :confused3

So it sounds like calling to confirm is a waste of time because they're not really looking to see if the reservations are there. Probably because everything's all whacky and they're working from several different sets of data.
They handled this very poorly. You don't mess with customer data like this. You have a plan, a really good plan, for when stuff gets wiped out and needs to be restored.
This is the first time I planned out all of our days and resies for four people so we better get to eat when and where I planned without headaches or I'll be pissed. I have all my confirmation numbers on my phone, but I'll print them out too. *sigh* back to the spreadsheet!

Same problem here. All my reservations had disappeared from the website except for one, and I couldn't look any of them up. So I searched through my emails, dug up all the confirmation numbers, and called Disney. A very nice CM confirmed each one of my reservations. I'd give her a number, she'd look it up tell me the exact time and place of the reservation. :goodvibes

So, yay! I'm relieved. But I'm going to take jannylynn's advice and print out the confirmation emails to take with me, just in case...

Okay, my summary from finally giving in and calling this morning:

1. First of all, it said my expected wait time was 20 minutes, but it wasn't actually more than 5.

2. As others have said, when I gave just phone number and name, the only ones that came up were the 2 I can see online that I made in the last week or so (since the "upgrade"). My trip is for 20-25 January, so all the January ones definitely aren't all back yet!

3. When I gave her the other confirmation numbers though, she was able to pull them up individually. I know she was actually pulling them up because she would tell me the restaurant/day/time before I said them so she wasn't just reassuring me they were all there. She did say that I wouldn't be able to see those online at this point - so obviously as said before, they can tell which ones are "messed up" by the upgrade and which aren't.

4. She didn't give me a hard time at all about checking them, although I did cancel two so maybe that's why she was more willing to.

Mine are back! (La Cellier included!) The missing February ADR showed up about 3 days ago, the January ones didn't come back until this morning.:cool1:

Sounds like the theory of them working backward is correct.

Hopefully mine for Dec. will show up soon if January's are back now. Thanks for posting and fingers crossed.

I'm gonna go back and check to see if my Dec ones have come back yet. It seems they are all over the place with the ones that come back though.
