Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

I'm so glad I found this thread, as I about hit the ceiling when I clicked to my reservations on the disney site and only 1 from my upcoming vacation was listed and I wasn't able to retrieve the others. I didn't know any of the site was down, but when I went there and i was no longer already logged in I knew they had done some kind of update.

I decided to cal this morning to reassure myself and the CM I spoke with was very nice and happy to look up my ADR's. I told her that the IPO at AKL had made the reservations so I wasn't sure what phone number was used so we started with my cell # and she was able to pull them all up using my name and phone number. I did not need the confirmation numbers so she just read off the resturant, time and date of each ADR and they were all there! I pretty much knew they would be there but it is comforting to have it confirmed.

What happened to your ADR confirmation that the IPO emailed to you after they booked them? To save yourself a phone call, you could have asked the IPO to email them again to you.

My ADRs for mid-January are still not showing up. Just checked now and am still getting the unable to retrive message. I see some other January travelers are now able to see their ADRs online. Wonder if I need to worry?

I haven't called since they disappeared because I figured I was okay with my confirms but now I'm wonder if I should.

I have ADR's for February and January, and only those I made after the upgrade are showing. I called about a week ago though to cancel a few, and everything was still there, even those I can't see online. So I wouldn't worry.

What happened to your ADR confirmation that the IPO emailed to you after they booked them? To save yourself a phone call, you could have asked the IPO to email them again to you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did shortly after I saw they were missing online. I explained that I wanted to make sure they were still there and asked them to confirm they were but I don't think they understood what I wanted and they just resent a pdf of my ADR's so I think they thought I just wanted a listing. I didn't mind calling and just wanted to double check.

My ADRs from December 3-17....are all back up!

A few hours ago I checked, and the system told me that I had NO dining reservations at all. That was exciting. But I had a strong feeling that it was just part of their crazy little process of "fixing" things, to just hang out, hold on, and be zen...and it worked. Whew!

I have a few at the end of December, beginning of January. They are now all showing - about a half were there yesterday, but they're all there now. Very relieved!

I tried for a week to retrive and keep getting nothing. Since I don't have long distant phone service I could not call and besides I don't feel I should have to pay the $$ for a lng distant phone call because of their faulty system so I e-mail my TA and she confirmed everything. One I wanted to cancel they told her it was not there. SO much for them doing maintenance only to screw things up worst then what it was before.

I made my April ADR's before the first scheduled downtime, like the first week of October. We are there for 11 days and on deluxe for a portion of that. I made around 15-20 reservations and none of mine are showing up yet. I have given up on them every showing up again and truthfully, I really don't want to call and be on the phone forever with the dining CM's going over all this.

I go Nov 27 - Dec 4 and they are all there now including Le Cellier. I was missing 4

By the way, they used to have a feature where you could email yourself a complete list of all ADR's with confirmation numbers.

I don't see that anymore- does anyone else? I don't need it necessarily, but would like to just email myself one final clean copy of everything.

My Feb/Mar ADRs still aren't showing up, but I'll check again tomorrow

Mine are finally back up as of this morning. I made a few tweaks, did another search for Le Cellier (no luck) and I think I am good to go.

They probably understood you and instead took the easy route. For self-assurance, you did the right thing by calling yourself. I find, too that it's frequently easier to just do the IPO's job for them.
