Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

It's comforting to see that it seems to be working out for most people. I do have all my confirmation numbers (so glad I did a cut and paste from the WDW site once they were all made).

If I don't hear from DU soon, I'll go ahead and call WDW Dining.

And another thing is that people who made their reservations along time ago and printed them out,( as I did) may not have a reason to go back to the website, and might not even be aware that some ADRs are not there. I printed mine out along time ago, and i am just going to take my confirmation numbers and go with it and hope for the best.

Well, I couldn't stand it anymore and finally broke down and called. Of course, all my ADR's were there-as I knew they would be. I'm sure the phone CM's are as frustrated with the whole dining system outage as we are! I spoke with Ruby and she was very nice and was able to find all my ADR's for me in a short time.

Half of mine are there - half are still missing. I'm waiting to call, too, until the upgrade is completed. If they are not all there at that point, I will definitely call (even though I have all of my confirmation numbers).

Just got off phone with dvc member services and they checked all mine for my dec 26-30 trip and all were fine(only 3 were on showing up on website). As long as you have your #s no problems....not sure why there is such a mess with their tech update!

Some of my ADRs have reappeared on Disney's web site, but not all of them. I wonder when they'll straighten this mess out...

Mine still aren't back.

MScott - I had something similar happen though. I'd booked one some under our name, then logged off and booked one for a friend with a different name and phone number and no email/account (since she doesn't have one and just was looking for an ADR I happened to find). It kept coming up under our account, even though I had logged out. Now it's gone again, but that may just be the same fluke as everything else!

the only ones of mine that show online are the ones I have booked after the original upgrade when all the adrs disappeared...but Disney confirmed the others are still there so we should be good to go

Well as of this morning half mine are still not there, I haven`t made any new ones, I have the confirmation numbers for all of the original ones I made so I going to go hope they honor them. I would think they should because I`m sure many poeple make their adrs and never go back and check to see if they are still there.

I'm sorry but that statement makes no sense at all.... how can adrs start cancelling on their own? plus, everyone knows if you call disney and talk to 20 different cm's you will get 20 different answers
