Hi all! Does anyone have a specific 3 bdr unit in Windor Hills to recommend? It seems to get good reviews and the prices are great! We'd like something close to the pool. Also...when is the best "off"/slow season time to go to WDW?? I was thinking October...still warm for swimming..right? but my friend said that's hurricane season and that January is really slow but too cold to swim...i'm confused!

I've sent you a private message with some ideas for rentals.
There's lots to chose from in WH. It is a great resort.

Check:
www.windsorhillsrent.com !!

Tons of great 3 bedroom rentals there, condos and townhomes with a splash pool.

We were just there ourselves last September, the parks were empty, but our arrival did have to be delayed a few days due to Hurricane Ernesto. Also, it was still very hot and humid we thought, too much for our liking, Oct would be better IMO. Anytime now through about Nov is potentially hurricane season, so trip insurance is a great thing to think about purchasing! www.insuremytrip.com and yes, you can buy it to protect a Windsor Hills rental. November is great too, up until Thanksgiving, and so is Jan, also early Dec. We were just there in January too, and with the pool heat on in our townhome, swimming was actually great! (The resort pool is heated year round). We had temps in the mid-high 70s every day, it was perfect, although it can be much colder at times. But...of course...the absolute BEST time to visit WHR and Disney of course....any time you can get away and go! hehe :thumbsup2
