When to expect ME tags?

Hi all! I made my Dis reservations back in February, and at the time indicated I wanted to use ME. My trip is now six weeks away. When should I expect to receive my ME tags? Should I call them soon and gently "remind" them that I'll need the tags? At what point should I worry if I don't have them (ie, how many weeks before trip)?

The official story is that the DME packet is mailed around 21 days before departure. So, allowing time for the mail, I expected to receive our DME packet around 14 days before departure. Instead, it arrived 22 days before departure. And the names and flight numbers were 100% correct.

In the early days of DME, there were a lot of problems. A few days before the launch of DME, nobody had received their packet. Despite a lot costly FedEx shipments, some guests received their packets after they returned from vacation, and others never received their packets. Those problems now appear to be history.

I got mine Monday 23 days before my trip, and everything was correct.

I got mine Monday. 2 1/2 weeks before our trip. I have a question, I only got a voucher for the trip from MCO to WDW. No return voucher to the airport. Should I call, or do they take care of that at the Resort?

Take another look at the vouchers in your Magical Express booklet. They should be your return vouchers. In my packet, the vouchers say:

Please present this voucher to the motorcoach driver upon your departure from your Walt Disney World Resort to the Airport​

I leave in about a week and didn't receive mine. We're only doing carry-ons so I should be okay, right? (Conceirge service took care of booking our ME.)
