When is YOUR SCHOOL'S SPRING BREAK-2006?

Ok, I'm loving this thread. I planned a trip March 20th-24th and THEN read the UG most crowded days for that time. They have rated those days a 10. But now after reading this thread, I think I have only seen 1 or 2 people saying that their area's spring break is during that time. It is making me feel a bit better.

Either way though, it is WDW. How can we NOT have a bad time.

Public schools in my area (northern NJ) always has spring break either the week before or the week after Easter. A lot of schools aren't even giving full weeks anymore, and most are taken away if we have snow days.

My college break is Mar 11-19, but some others around here are the week before or the week after. My question is how many college kids have money for Disney???

I saw that on the Unofficial Guide website as well, but I checked again later, and the crowd blog page showed 6's and 7's for that week. However, the best days page was not updated.

Does anyone know for sure what the ratings are for late March?

Our Spring Break (in NE Arkansas) is March 20 - 24.

Ours can be weird-we don't have full weeks off but rather 5 day weekends. I selected April 17th but really we have off the 14-18 of April. We are in Central NJ and I found that most of the schools around here are off the 14th-21.

Like SandraB said earlier, in New Brunswick we get the first week of March - so NB kids get a choice of skiing and fun in the snow, or heading someplace warm and apparently not crowded - woohoo!

I had heard about WDW crowds at spring break but didn't realize the American spring break was so much later than ours

Our board in Ontario is off the week of March 13. We also get time off for Easter(Good Friday and Easter Monday)

For the first time our scholl has break 2 weeks after Easter??? It is usually the Easter week. I was really annoyed at first because my kids have 2 different breaks ( 2 schools), but after reading this the last week in April looks pretty good!!!!

We're in ga and our spring break for dd's school is the last week of March. Im hoping every one else has plans to do someting else other than disney. I'm hoping that everyone will go up north so I can have disney all to myself.

Here in Pensacola we are off March 13-17. We will also have Good Friday off. We will be there that week!!!!!!!!!! Our resident passes are going to be used again!!!!!! me, dh, dd 14, dd 10, ds 3, dd 3mo.{her first trip!}

April 12- April 23. School resumes April 24. Michigan, southeast Catholic school. This is during Easter holiday.

most public schools are off the first full week of April. The parochial schools coinside with the week after Easter which always fluctuates. . .
