When is/was it nonSSR owners can begin making reservations at SSR?

I thought maybe the Vacation Planner would say, but I can't find when DVC members that own other resorts can begin attempting reservations at SSR. Info appreciated!

Just called (9:05 am 2/4/04) and changed a reservation for this summer from OKW to SSR, seemed to go smoothly! I'm very excited! Had to redial a few times as I kept getting a busy signal, but once I got through the wait wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

I actually went through the member website on evening of 2-3-04 and made the request for a studio, 2 nites end of July. Received confirmation this morning, good-to-go!

When is this resort opening? I thought it was after this summer? If it is this summer are the pools ready? Any slides?
