There is definitely a difference in how long each state takes. Apologies, if I wasn't clear on that part.
While it's possible Disney started the approval process in other states at the exact same number of days for every project.
The pattern for everything has been pretty random.
It shocking to me that PVB was approved in Florida 250 days before sales information was released (but it was 2-3 months after sales started that they had approval in all states). They had ample time for approval.
Similarly, BPK@VGF was approved in Florida 230 days before sales information was released. Based on
@Sandisw experience, they barely had it approved in her state.
Based on CFW, it seems they only need 88 days when they initiate the process correctly to release sales information. Sales started 16 days later, which seems to indicate 104 days from the license granted to be able to sell to all states. (For fun, 104 days from IT@PVB Florida license approval would be 9/10/24.)
