when do we get our pin?

We purchased at SSR on August 30th. When do we actually get our PINs? I wanted to log on to dvcmember.com!

You can call Member Services and they can give you the needed info, sometimes PINs are very late or "lost in the mail"

I checked the postage stamp on the postcards that were sent with our pins and it took about a week and a half to get our pins. I would call MS if I were you and ask about them since it has almost been a month. Good luck and welcome!

Call MS. I bought at that same timeframe, and had my pin in 3 days.

We bought at SSR in May '06 and never heard about any pins.

I think he meant 'PIN' number.. as in a 5-6 digit/alphanumeric code number to log in to the website..

disney 'pins' would be cool too though, i could go for that.. kids love collection them

i agree with booger73, i think dvc members should get pins (the wearing kind or lanyard kind). that would be special. we could also identify fellow dvc members that way. after all we have a good deal in common, and everyone would love the pins.
