When did you last get a 50% off stroller rental (Disney Visa)?

Anyone gotten the 50% stroller rental lately? Our last rental with discount was in June (I think), but just checked the Disney Visa perks list and strollers aren't on it. http://disneyrewards.disney.go.com/pdf/DL_Credit_Park_Perks.pdf

Sorry, can I hijack this thread a little? Is the character meet & greet with one free photo Disney Visa Card offer still available and with an end time of noon?

I too miss the free stroller days. I don't have kids, but often travel with younger relatives, and I only got to take advantage of it once when my cousin was visiting with his toddlers.

Can you only get the strollers at the front entrance near DL? What if we are staying at GCH & want to use the GCH entrance to DCA? Can we get a stroller in there somewhere?
