When can I book romance package?

I am confussed about when and how to book the romance package. We travel June 8th 5day and the trip is paid for. We are DVC members. When can I add this package? i looked on the disneycruise website and it says I can't change anything till 90 days for CC member, but the romance package says u can book palo at 100 (or near that) days? So how do I get the package?? thanks

The REAS package has been discountinued after this year.
