When can I book Jan 09

Is there a way to book a January o9 trip? I tried online and cannot do it?

The rates for 2009 are not out yet, although it should be soon. If you want you can book a room only reservation by calling disney, can't use the web site until the rates are released.

I'm planning on Jan '09 trip, too! I can't wait! I read on these boards, but can't remember which one for sure, that we should be able to book Aug. 15th.

As brentalex said, you can book a room only ressie now by calling Disney and the room rate will be quoted at the peak or holiday rate and then adjusted when the 2009 prices are released. Some are saying prices will be released August 3rd, while others have said mid-August . But if you're looking to book a package, you will have to wait until the new prices come out.

If you're interested in the Dolphin, you can book online now. I just booked the teacher rate for the week between Christmas 2009 and New Years 2010. I found the rates online on the SWANDOLPHIN website. (The rates were not available through the DIS Boards yet.) I did call to make the actual reservation, though, as I had an extra, non-teacher rate day to add at the end of my stay. Govn't rate is also available for the same time.
