When are renovations/refurb expected to be complete for Poly studio villas?

When are renovations expected to be complete for Poly studio villas? Does anyone know where are they now in the renovations? What has been done and what's next, etc?

Poly has been done for awhile. They then started on VGF in December and that's on it's last 2 floors. May be done in a week or two.
