I call yesterday to get a quote for the platinum plan for 7 days. Today I call back and the quote has gone up over $5000. The previous quote had been for over $17,000 so we're not talking about a little bit of difference here. I tell the CM about the previous quote and he says no matter what he does he can't get back to that quote. Why can't they get consistent information? I don't think I'm going to change to a package now. It scares me.
 
Maybe you were misquoted with a Premium package the first time instead of the Platinum?

Unfortunately the only way to prove the original quote is if you have it in writing (ie putting pkg on a hold)

Actually they quoted the premium package also and it was $3000 less than the original platinum. I just wish they would get some consistency in what they're doing.
 
What is the difference in what you get between the two?
 

Room service included, babysitting(center and in-room), a snack a day. I can't remember them all but the kicker is now they're saying the premium quote isn't right either.
 
You may want to call the guest service line, explain the problem and ask for the supervisor.I had a not so similar issue last month, dealt with two ill- trained staff over the phone, gave me tons of incorrect information, got the supervisor to straighten things out in the end.
