What's Up In May?

Having trouble securing a hotel (moderates are sold out - except port Orleans) for a last minute trip May 9-12...is there something going on that I should know of? ...or did I miss out on an incredible deal?

Two things:

The All Stars are filled with cheerleaders, cheerleaders and more cheerleaders which affects availability for the other Values.

CBR and CSR are going through major renovation projects that greatly impacts their inventories.

I concur with above poster about construction and cheer events being the main reason, but I think it's also Mother's Day weekend. Not sure if that' affects resort availability, but may be an incentive for some families to travel as a treat to mom.

Cheerleaders...gotcha, I was wondering if there was a competition or event going on.
I knew about the CBR construction, but I was shocked when there was nothing there or at CSR...or old Key west...
Maybe it will be pretty crowded those days too.
