I once waited in line for 30 minutes for Pooh. Last year I didn't go on Peter Pan's Flight because the line was 40 minutes long.

But that's usually the average time for all rides at most times of the year. I wonder, what's the ideal (realistic) wait time for you? I find 30-40 minutes normal. One hour is too long.

Everyone hates Long lines my advice is if you dont like lines stay home and play bingo or something dont come to disney and complain " why the ___ is this line so long " we dont need to hear that kind language in disney :lmao: just my opinion .....

I've waited 145 minutes for Tower of Terror... This was before fast passes and when it first came out.

We got in line for Kali River Rapids (our first time ever) because the wait was "supposed" to be 20 or 30 minutes. Well about 90 minutes later we were just at the last door before getting to the outside when they announced it was closed.

   :headache: :headache::headache:    :furious: :furious: :furious:

I screamed "NOW I UNDERSTAND DISNEY RAGE!!" My DS and DD were totally embarassed.. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

No more than an hour because I would not wait in a line that I knew was longer. We also normally go in spring or fall when the lines aren't really long so that has helped too.

Well i just waited 90 minutes in the blazin` sun for Splash mountain (suicidal)lol .... they really need more misters to keep us cool :)

Hmm, that's a tough question to answer.

We waited about 2 hours for Fantasmic one night.
My mom tells me we waited for Jungle Cruise for 2 hours in 1985, but I don't specifically remember that.

As far as lines for RIDES that I DO remember...1 hr 10 min for ToT in Nov of 1999--and that was WITHOUT the ride experiencing techinical difficulties. The kicker was, when we got off and got back around to the front, the wait time was only 20 min or so.

The longest we waited was 35-40 min for Peter Pan. Somehow we missed it on our 1st of 3 days at MK so DD had to ride it on our last day.

We would have just FP'd, but this was our "late arrival" day, so when we arrived @ 3, the FP return time was already after 8:30!

We always go down in late August so I've never seen HORRIBLE lines. But when Soarin' first opened we waited about...65 or 70 minutes (wait time posted was 90)

In April 2002 I waited just over 3 hours to meet Mickey. It was our last day and we couldn't leave without meeting the mouse! My last trip in Oct 2006 our longest wait was about 30 minutes for Splash.

During the mid 90's our high school band was in the Disney parade. Later we were able to do the park. I believe this was in April. Anyway, we waited about 90-100 minutes to do Splash Mountain.

Nowadays, with small children, we don't wait in lines longer than a few minutes. My 2 year old wouldn't be able to take it.

I have waited 45 minutes...

But that wasn't the worst! LOL 30 minutes JUST to get fastpasses for Soarin'! Yes, I waited that long just for fastpasses, but come on! It was Soarin'!

Last year at the Star Wars thing at MGM, we waited 4 1/2 hours to get one of those Jedi Mickey statues. Never again. It was hot as heck, and WAY too many stinky Star Wars fans there. We had assumed it was maybe an hour wait, then figured since we waited an hour, we'd wait the rest of it.

Sigh.

Last Dec. (about the 27th) I waited for about 20 minutes in a line to get into the parking lot to Animal Kingdom. I was stuck right around the big McDonalds by the value resorts. So I turned around and went to MGM which was almost as bad a mistake. I actually got one of the last parking spaces, went into the park, saw it was a nightmare (no fastpasses left, R&R was about 120 min wait, etc.) so I left and went shopping with the family. I later found out that those days AK reached capacity about 3 times in a week and either 3 or all parks reached capacity that day. I had NEVER seen the parks like that before and haven´t seen it since (was there last week and it wasn´t even close to that).

We just Waited About 60 Minutes in the HOTTEST Line ever!!! At The Indy Speedway I think They Seriously Need to consider Fast pass here Or for the love of gosd put Misters in Along the way....Just a little suggeston :upsidedow

I've never waited more than an hour and that was a long time ago. Now we won't wait more than 1/2 hour.

That's one of the luxuries of going often. We never feel compelled to ride anything. If we can't get a fast pass or something, we figure we'll catch it next time.
