I've looked at the menus and see that they are slightly different, but I'm still not quite sure how these resataurents are distinct from one another. What are each of their niches? Are both equally upscale? Is one more authentic than they other? It just seems odd to me that the France area has two such similar restaurants. Is one supposed to be a Bistro vs an upscale French restaurant? But the menus and prices seemed quite similar to me (at least for dinner).
