What's in your park bag?

I don't know if it's the rides, food, heat or whatever but we have found that we need Pepto and Tums way more than outside the WDW bubble. I second or third the Clorox wipes and hand sanitizers.:)

Diapers, wipes, sanitizer, wallet, phone, and granola bars all shoved into my Vera hipster.

Nail clippers. I HAVE to deal with hangnails the second they happen. And they work great for stubborn packaging, cutting loose threads etc.
I also prefer antibacterial wipes to hand sanitizer in the bottle.

Scientists have found that the soap in many restrooms is actually a breeding ground for germs because often it is refilled over and over and the actual soap holder is not sterilized. They went around the country testing the soap in restrooms from airports, restaurants, malls, and a multitude of places and it turned out people were putting germs on their hands when they washed them. Now I take my own mini soap (I fill up a hand sanitizer bottle that clips on my bag.).

Sorry, Chloe, but that made me giggle and think of something else. This week we received an ad from a company that cleans curbside trash cans, stating it's crucial because they harbor tuberculosis, listeria, e-coli, salmonella. ...um, because there's a lot of that going around? -- tuberculosis from trash cans???? We're a pretty healthy family, tending to not get colds in the winter even with two kids in school. In addition to restroom soap, we've survived using hotel ice machines, public water fountains and handrails, and plenty of time around farm animals and cow manure. And, unless something leaks inside it, my curbside trash can only gets scrubbed each August.

No bags for us. Cell phone, wallet and a small sunscreen in our pockets for us.

You'll think I'm crazy but a small waist bag with camera, wallet, tickets and that's it!

I guess that's the difference between adult only trips and trips with little ones!

I would add a hair band crunchier, hat with visor and sun glasses as must haves.

Ok, thanks for increasing my germophobia...yikes.

Thank you for all the ideas. I think I've decided, DH will carry the camera bag (even though I'm sure I'll take most of the picture) and I will carry my Vera Hipster with all that stuff in it lol.

A taser for line jumpers, anti anxiety pills for fastpass+, blinders to block the view of the construction at the Polynesian, and a bag load of patience for the long line wait times!:goodvibes

I purchased a collapsible water bottle. I figured I can ask for a cup of water from the QS and fill the bottle to use while we are in line, but when I am done with it it will fold up into a small role.

Does anyone know if you bring a water bottle already filled(not the disposable type by the refillable) will they let you in the park with it?

You can bring in drinks (non alcoholic of course) and snacks. They allow soft sided coolers but not hard sided ones.

I carry even less, not more.

If I can get away with no bag, I will. For summer, water and rain poncho/rain jackets (if likely rain) are often necessary for a most-or-the-day-outings. At night, I often leave the bag behind.

One item that should never be left behind is emergency meds: epi-pen, insulin, inhaler or something of the like. And ID/cash/insurance cards.

If I have to carry a bag, I might carry a 1/2ounce hand sanitizer, two Band-Aids, small square of moleskin, and a sample size tube of sunscreen. Oh, a pen/tiny sharpie can be very handy. A few quarters/pennies on hand can be useful if you like pressed penny machines (mostly kids). I mostly use hand sanitizer to clean cuts, and treat rashes/bug bites (very few bug bites at WDW ever) - alcohol reduces sting/itch, so reduces swelling. That said, a half ounce tube is plenty.I do print a paper list of confirmation numbers on our trip, but don't carry it all day. I have never needed one at WDW. In the airport, yes. Car rental companies can be bad if you don't have printed proof or your rate. Airline #'s are also essential to getting home.

With the cellphone, I take pictures of important info: parking space info, receipt for our tickets, ticket ID numbers. (also our rental car - detailing any scrape/damage, etc. It's not foolproof, but is documentation.) Having those on my phone has been a lifesaver. Oh, if you have the new bands, you'll want to carry those! And have your fastpass/ADR times handy! I do sometimes check park hours w/my phone.

We're not big on carrying snacks.

Misting fan, hand sanitzer, camera, ziplock bags for uneaten snacks or food, list of reservations and fastpasses , advil , pocket sized rain ponchos, money, disney rewards card, ID's and insurance card and chap stick.

Bandaids and polysporin spray. Someone always cuts something and needs a quick bandaid.
