I'm having a snacky lunch. About 20 or so unsalted mini pretzels with 2 Tbsp. hummus and a sliced Fuji apple with a container (to go) of Jiff peanut butter. Water to drink.

What are you having for lunch?
 
Jumbo shrimp with hot cherry peppers in a pink cream sauce over linguini. My leftovers from dinner tuesday. Lots of water to drink.
 
A peanut butter and honey Eggo sandwich with lemonade to drink.

I love, love, love, shrimp! Have to stay away from hot and spicy things though, at least for now.

That's an interesting combo! Sounds good.
 

I just had a whole wheat 100 calorie wrap filled with raw squash, spinach, celery, onion, carrots, banana peppers, and snow peas. I also added great northern beans and parmesan cheese. Most of the veggies came out or our garden. :thumbsup2 I had unsweet tea to go along with it. It was very good.
 
ranch beans and chips..... Dont be in my office around 4 oclock
 
I must be a masochist for opening this thread. :headache::guilty: I had yellow jello and gatorade for lunch. I'm having a colonoscopy tomorrow and am on a liquid diet until it's over!

quinoa chips and some spicy salsa, and a little bif ot leftover potato salad.

And a clementine for dessert
 
I had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and onion and some macaroni salad.
 
Just got back from lunch with a co-worker and still on a bit of break. Had Wendy's 1/2 Apple/Pecan Chicken Salad, and Chicken Wrap. Not as low fat/cal as making my own salad but my mind tells me its better than a hamburger and fries. :lmao: even if it's not.
 
Whole wheat wrap filled with grilled chicken, mushrooms, spinach, tomato and garlic hummus. Also a few spicy thai chili mini rice cakes on the side.

Later this afternoon for a snack I have celery sticks and a wedge of laughing cow cheese to dip them in.

I am trying to eat healthier and take food to work instead of hitting Sonic or Wendy's on my lunch break.
