Dh is grilling! So I made hamburger patties and put pinapple chuncks in his and wrapped them all in bacon.

Chicken salad, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and onions in vinegar. It's very humid today and we don't want anything "hot".

I cooked a roast lamb dinner with all the trimmings, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, sprouts, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings, gravy and mint sauce.

I dont know why I did this because it has been soooooooooo hot and humid here in London today. I nearly died in the kitchen cooking it, it was so hot. But there we are, everyone is fed and now its nearly 9pm and getting less hot and we have been sitting in the garden reading. Lovely.

We are having a roast from Sams. All I have to do is boil it for 10 minutes! WOW! I'll add some veggies, potatoes and something else.

We are finally going to be able to eat together as a family for the first time in about a month. DD had been having softball games and we had all kinds of stuff going on. The kids were usually eating w/ the Grandparents and DH & I were eating at 9:00 or later. That is so not good for us!

It's Tuesday, so that means spaghetti and meat sauce, garlic bread on the side. (But I want to eat at Lori's house...baby back ribs.....yum!!!)

I cooked about a 20 pound turkey last night for dinner with great plans of left overs for the week..... unfortunately I fell asleep before I put the turkey in the fridge..... so now it is just a big bacterial-ridden lump for the trash man to take .... so sad and mad at myself over the waste of money. Guess I will be finding another dinner plan.... I have some kielbasa in the fridge.... guess that will have to do for DH.... maybe the kids and I will have mac and cheese!..................P

Chicken nuggets and french fries. I wanted to put the oven on 450 degrees while it hits 90 this afternoon so I can prepare for our Florida trip next week!!! Boy am I sweating!!!
