Ah, I guess you can call it swiss chicken. I took my Swiss Steak recipe, substituted chicken breasts and doubled the veggies. I usually serve it over plain white rice.
I had a slice of Ham. Then I took cooked cauliflower --- mashed it with a fork and topped it with butter, salt and pepper and a little sour cream.
YUM!
Anyone have this answer? I always thought it was breakfast, lunch, dinner- but then someone told me it was breakfast, dinner, supper- I'M SO CONFUSED!!
Well for dinner dinner I had a shaken not stirred vanilla slim-fast- but for lunch dinner I had two slices of leftover honeybaked ham- yum, potato salad, 4 wheatstone crackers and a slice of cheese- yummy.
I just got home from being out of town, so I have no idea...I am not even hungry! LOL...Maybe some ham and cheese roll ups with mayo...those are always fast and tasty!
tomorrow is WI and DH thinks he needs to lose another few by Sat. (he is running a race) so it was light tonight. Also he was out the door looking to buy a new truck - I was glad, gives me some time on the boards.....................hope he doesn't settle on one tonight, I like looking at the boards!!
last night's dinner (around our house b- l- dinner) yummy chicken salad - going to post it on recipes. It has a nutmegy flavored sauce, and DH made it - alway better when I just have to show up and something yummy is sitting there
Well, we had fettuccini with andoulli sausage, chicken, red and yellow peppers, slathered in olive oil and garlic, with a touch of fresh basil, oregano, and a hint of crushed red pepper seeds. It was pretty tastey. Oh! Did I forget to mention the wine? A nice little bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais! Bellisimo! (sorry in advance to all the French boycotters, but we had it. No sense in not drinking it! We did, however, switch from Cognac to Scotch! )
