If you're from the boston area, that's how ya say it!!!! LOLOL
I'm havin' saute'd chicken with garlic and tons of broccoli!!
Boy o Boy!!!!

Leftovers!!! We have leftover ham, scalloped potatoes and steamed carrots as well as curry chicken and rice!!

Ah, I guess you can call it swiss chicken. I took my Swiss Steak recipe, substituted chicken breasts and doubled the veggies. I usually serve it over plain white rice.

I dunno, but I want Hooter's Wings (911!), or anything Legal(being that you're from the Boston area:p you should know ...what I'm talkin' about!) :p

We'll probably have something like food!

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

Smart Ones - mexican bowl of some type - 4 pt
Red. Fat tortillas with lots of salsa :) - 3 pt
Piece WW choc cheesecake - 2 pt

Vitamins and huge glass of water ;)

We had Gammon steaks, Fried eggs, mushrooms and salad, DH also had fries with his.

I had a slice of Ham. Then I took cooked cauliflower --- mashed it with a fork and topped it with butter, salt and pepper and a little sour cream.
YUM!

No wonder why I saw nothing wrong with the thread title!:p :)

2 skinless baked drumsticks
baked sweet potato fries
and some peas!

Anyone have this answer? I always thought it was breakfast, lunch, dinner- but then someone told me it was breakfast, dinner, supper- I'M SO CONFUSED!!

Well for dinner dinner I had a shaken not stirred vanilla slim-fast- but for lunch dinner I had two slices of leftover honeybaked ham- yum, potato salad, 4 wheatstone crackers and a slice of cheese- yummy.

I had:

Baked Chicken Breast on Linguini w/Tomato Sauce and Steamed
Zucchini. Truth be told, I am still hungry! Ugh!

I just got home from being out of town, so I have no idea...I am not even hungry! LOL...Maybe some ham and cheese roll ups with mayo...those are always fast and tasty! :)

I've been eating left over barbecued ribs with no sauce. Left over from San Jacinto Day :)

For supper we are having fajitas :) No tortillas, of course, well not for me anyway. Wilgus can have a low carb tortilla if he wants.

filet of sole and a salad with mayo dressing.
I grew up in Southie so I know what your talkin:D

2 cups of cornflakes with 1 cup skim milk
1/4 of a cantaloupe

I love breakfast for supper :teeth:

ok - it's a bit weird but here it goes

2 chicken egg rolls (schwans) with 1 TBSP sweet/sour sauce = 5 pt

mini bag of popcorn = 4 pt

can we see why Atkins didn't work for me?? I maxed out my pts today - but didn't go over :)

A barbequed chicken breast, peas, corn, and some oven fries. Same thing as last night except I had broccoli and cauliflower for the veggie then.

This sounds like us at work--half of us are doing WW and we keep asking everyone what they ate!!:p

tomorrow is WI and DH thinks he needs to lose another few by Sat. (he is running a race) so it was light tonight. Also he was out the door looking to buy a new truck - I was glad, gives me some time on the boards.....................hope he doesn't settle on one tonight, I like looking at the boards!!

last night's dinner (around our house b- l- dinner) yummy chicken salad - going to post it on recipes. It has a nutmegy flavored sauce, and DH made it - alway better when I just have to show up and something yummy is sitting there :D :D

Well, we had fettuccini with andoulli sausage, chicken, red and yellow peppers, slathered in olive oil and garlic, with a touch of fresh basil, oregano, and a hint of crushed red pepper seeds. It was pretty tastey. Oh! Did I forget to mention the wine? A nice little bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais! Bellisimo! (sorry in advance to all the French boycotters, but we had it. No sense in not drinking it! We did, however, switch from Cognac to Scotch!:p )

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

Tracy, when it is time to replenish your wine supply don't forget about the wonderful wines from Michigan :)
