Crystal Palace, like many of the TS locations, only makes economic sense on the DDP.

That said, economic sense isn't the reason we go to WDW.

I’d use touringplans.com to try to snag Liberty Tree Tavern. We’ve never been disappointed there. And I’ve gotten ADRs the day before using touring plans.
