What would my approx pymt be for DVC?

If I went with Disney financing and put a small down payment. We would buy the minimum pt amt. Does anyone know what my approx pymt would be? and would that include dues? or do you pay dues once a year....

When we first bought the minimum of 150 pts, I put minimum down (20% I think) and financed the rest for 10 yrs. Pymts were $99 per month if taken out automatically each month. Dues can be paid the same way (no interest) or paid annually in January. Dues on the minimum at BW were just under $50 per mo. Note these were taken out at different times of the month ( 1st & 15th) which helped a little out of ea check. It has definitely been worth it and I've since paid cash for 100 more points. Of course I still need more, but then when would I think I had enough?

I think that they average $1.00 per point per month if you fianance for 10 years. So if you buy 150 points for 10 years that is $150 / month. This figure includes payment and maintenence/

We just bought 150 points amd put 10% down. Our mortgage payment is about $144 a month, and then the dues are about $47 a month. All said & done, we're at a little under $200 /month.

We did 200 points on the original contract ($72). We put down 20% and financed for 10 years. The payments are about $158 per month. In about 4 years we will probably just pay it off. Our dues are $77 per month, but we added 70 points for cash later.

We too financed the minimum points with DIsney at a good, % rate. OF course, we then eneded up buying another 50 pt contract and the % rate for the 2nd one went up! Buy 200 pts to start with for the better rate and then pay it off early anyway. THats our plan for the 2 contracts.

We bought at VWL 1 year ago. Our payments plus paying the other fees monthly are just under $200 an month. We bought 150 points. You can probably plan on just under $200 a month with Disney financing. Be sure to buy before the June increase.
