What will my tolls be...

I'm having a heck of a time figuring out what my tolls will be. I've tried using Sunpass.com and epass.oocea.com to figure my tolls, but I'm just can't seem to figure it out...

I'll be coming down I-75, picking up the Florida Turnpike to Western Expressway getting off at Exit 8 (i.e. Western Way). Can anyone help me calculate what my tolls will be? Is the Florida Turnpike a toll road? I know Western Expressway is.

We leave in 3 weeks and I don't want to be without change for the tolls.

TIA

...but I'm feeling a bit ********.

Couldn't you have used a better choice of words? Sheesh!!

Back to the topic -- in answer to one of your questions, yes, Florida's Turnpike IS a toll road.

My total tolls (in September) from I-75 to WDW were $3.25 with SunPass (it will be higher, if you use cash).

Sorry, didn't mean to be insensitive. You are right, poor choice of words. Sometimes I don't think when I type. I've edited my original post to reflect that.

Thanks for the information. So if I plan on about 6 or 7 dollars in Quarters (cash only for me) for the round trip we should be fine?

Yeah, you'll be fine...and then some...

There is 1 mainline toll plaza on Florida's Turnpike between I-75 and the TOLL 429 Western Expressway, Exit# 267A. That plaza is $2.50 cash, $2.00 with SunPass.

Continuing south on TOLL 429, there is one mainline plaza shortly after you leave the Turnpike. It is $1.25 cash or transponder. There are no further tolls to the Hartzog Road/WDW/Western Way exit.

Both toll plazas are staffed 24/7 so exact change is not needed.

Excellent! That's exactly the information I needed to know! Thanks everyone for your assistance.

I was about to post for this information, but did a forum search instead...glad I did! Thanks, everyone! Now I can separate the coins for the tolls from the coins for pressed pennies before anyone comes around to complain!;)
