What Was Your 4th Fastpass? No debates!

The way I understand it, if you decide not to use a FP+, you can rebook before that window expires.

So if a FP is for 12-1pm but you know you wont finish lunch in time, you can rebook if you do it before it expires , so before 1pm.

If you just let it expire ..... you cannot rebook another FP+ til the 3rd one of the day has been used or has expired.

Feel free to correct me if I'm misunderstanding what I've read

If you don't use your 3rd, isn't your fourth really just your 3rd actually?

Not exactly. Your third may have had tiering restrictions, while your fourth will not have tiering restrictions. We booked several of our third FP+ solely for the purpose of letting them expire so we could get a fourth FP for something we actually wanted to ride.

I believe if you don't use a fast pass during its time window, or reschedule it before it's time window ends, it expires.

You can use a 4th as soon as you use all your 3 FP+ selections or when the use periods expire, whichever is first. You have to go to a kiosk to book the 4th & cannot be done through the app.

Only 1 MB is needed to be scanned provided everybody is linked, it automatically selects your entire travel party.

For me it was EPCOT at 3pm, I had 6 or 7 CMs with iPads all to myself & I got a Test Track FP+ for 6:45, could have had from as early as 4:30 though!

When you say it automatically selects your whole party, can I assume that you can also deselect some members of the party if, for example, they want their 4th FP for something else.

I'm picturing a screen where a list of all of the people in your party comes up and you select the ones for whom you are making a reservation.

Yes precisely this. It presents you with a screen with all your party listed & selected by default, you can then select/deselect whoever you wish.

One caveat is that I am the main profile on MDE & have access to manage all my other family members, I have no idea if you haven't already set that up if you can select other peoples' FP+s..

I set my husband up, and he was able to scan his magic band and it showed the same screen as when I scanned my band. I think it works the same for anyone in your party.

Anyone know how this might work...

I have set up FP+ for family members who are not staying with us on site (so they won't have a Magic Band). When they enter the park, I know they will have to go to a kiosk, but will they be able to access the reservations I have made for them and get a card or something to use that will make the FP Mickey turn green (or should their normal ticket do this for them)?

Thanks for the help!

So, they already have tickets and you have set up FP+ for them? Do they have physical tickets? If they have new plastic tickets, they are RF enabled, so they can use these for entrance and FP+ admission. No need to go to a kiosk or guest services to get anything else. They work just like Magic Bands for FP+ purposes.

Thanks! I was hoping that is what you might say! They are using the Military Tickets and do have them in hand so I assume they are RF enabled since most current tickets are.
