What an appropriate thread! We were just at my friends wedding last night and I brought up the fact that tim and I don't have "a song." He suggested we "let our song choose us instead of the other way around." I don't know, I'm racking my brain. I figure I have 2 years to think of one, so it's ok. My mom's pulling for Grow Old Along With Me. She loves it and thinks it would be perfect. I'm still thinking. Thanks for the suggestions though! They're getting my brain going.

Oh, and my friend (who got married last night, actually) had "You're My Best Friend" by Queen as their first dance. She and her DH were best friends for 3 years until they realized they were more than that. It was really cute.

My DH is a big country music fan so I wanted to pick something country for him. I heard this song on the radio but didn't catch the name of the band. So I went to my local music store and sang a bit of it for a young clerk. She knew the song and the band. I was so grateful. I'm sure she wish she had never been tortured by my singing.
