Absolutely!!!
Any sugar cookie recipe, or even sugar cookie mix from a pouch! (if you use this, mix in some flour, 3 teaspoons or so)
Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls. make indentations in the center of each cookie. spoon about 1/4 teaspoon raspberry jam into each indentation. bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
melt white chips in microwave. I do 45 seconds then stir and then 45 more seconds. that gets them the perfect consistency for drizzling. When the cookies come out of the oven, do the drizzling right then. I use a fork. I found that works best to dip the fork in the melted chips and then shake it back and forth over the cookies. yum!!!
