What types of Christmas cookies are you baking?

I have to have about 120 cookies for various events in the next few weeks!!! Yikes! Today I made the dough for the peanut butter cookies with the chocolate stars... I baked 15 of them... but have to wait until the kids are gone, or there will be none left! I plan to freeze them.

I will make decorated sugar cookies,
decorated gingerbread cookies,
red and green cherry cookies from The Pioneer Woman
Chocolate Crinkles (or maybe the hazelnut version here)
Perhaps snickerdoodles, because they are easy to do a bunch!

I need to get busy!

Next Wednesday my best friend and I are making iced lemon ricotta cookies, mint chocolate cookies (with crushed up Andes mints in them), and buckeyes.

Last year I made the Orange Cream cookies. They were great with hot tea.
I did drizzle the white melted chips over the cookies..it was a nice touch.

At some point, I have to get another batch of pizzelles made as well.

I really want to make buckeyes this year but there are so many different recipes

I have made 20 lbs of fudge so far and lots of sugar cookie dough!
