Ok so I have a serious delima

We want to have dinner at BOG and I have ressie but

One conflicts with my Pirates League time (6:20). I tried to change the league times today but they didn't have any availability for me to do so. This is on our MNSSHP night so it would be perfect since we are in MK anyways.

The next one the time would work great! But we are in EP that day and would have to park hop to MK just to have dinner (4:15pm) and the head right to the contemporary for our Pirates and Pals cruise. I am hesitant to take too much time away from EP since we will only be there 1.5 days.

The last one is on a MK day (not a party day) so that would be great but it's at 6:50 and we have a wishes dessert ressie at 8:15 so we won't be super hungry for dessert at the party and that seems like a waste of money.

I just don't know what to do. None of them are perfect but I could make any of them work. I am hesitant to let them go yet since they are so hard to get but I don't want to hold onto them forever since I know others can use them.

I'm leaning towards the EP day but I don't know.....

Any advice??????

From my own experience, I would not alter any of your plans to make it to BOG dinner. Maybe try to grab a return time voucher one morning to come back for lunch.

I'm going to do lunch on a FP on our arrival day. But I really want to meet Beast so I want to have dinner for sure.
I just need to figure out what works best or find something new.

I would do the Epcot day since you already have to come over to the MK area to go to the Contemporary, you would probably only be taking about and hour and a half out of your day for the dinner, you can't count the travel time since you will already be traveling to go to the Contemporary. But, that's just what I would do.

I think it would be a blast to eat at BOG, but I have to admit I'm looking forward to the Pirates League. We have the Mermaid package, and my son is excited about the father/daughter time they'll have.

I vote for the last day. In my experience, dinner at BOG is only about an hour. Perhaps you could get your dessert (cupcakes or cream puffs) to go and save them for later in order to indulge your sweet tooth at the dessert party. I would also arrive 15 min early for dinner.

Show up to the Pirates league early in hopes of being done early, while the other part of your party heads to the castle to checkin. As long as they order for you I think this is ok. Then by the time you get there, you're food should be out.

Schedule fast passes for most important rides and be there at rope drop for Epcot. Hop on Monorail around 3 for the 4:15 reservation in MK.

This is the option I'd go for. I'd split a meal with my spouse and either skip dessert or get it to go.

BOG dinners I have seen have averaged longer up to 2 hours for those who want to drink and relax as a good end to the day.

Doing a TS the night of a party is not recommended unless you do it much earlier. You will be wasting valuable party time with a 6:20 dinner. I too would choose the last day and skip dessert.

Yup I kept the last day and we are going to do the dessert party too!

I am still trying for a BOG for a different night we are in MK but while I wait I will keep the one I have and I was able to give the other two away to fellow Disers!

I would give up any other reservation for a BOG one! consider yourself lucky to get one. I was on line at 5 am at my 90 days and no luck. I would go there.
