What to do for a first birthday at WDW.

Just looking for some ideas to do for my DD 1st Birthday when we are in WDW in December. Her real birthday is 5 days after we get home, but I would like to celebrate somehow in disney? We would obviously get her the pin/sticker, but what else can we do for our little princess that is just one?

We just did this in February. I think most of the events were for us, not her, but it was still fun. We did a character meal--let them know it is a birthday--they will generally do something more for your child, including a birthday card and extra visit with the characters. My daughter totally loved the characters--she cried when they would leave the table. Also, get a picture with Mickey--You'll want that for always. Have fun.
