What time will DME pickup be for a 7:40pm flight?

We will be at Epcot heading back to POR-Riverside. What time do you think the DME will be picking us up? Also, if you think your DME bus is leaving too late, can you request an earlier pick up?

Usually 3 hours before the departure time. I am not aware that the guest can request any deviation from the 3 hours. Good luck!

You can certainly request (and almost always get) an earlier pick up.

Your pickup should be between 4:25 and 4:55 pm.

If it's an international flight, it's 4 hours before your departure time. FWIW, a 3 hour pick up window for DME has always been ample time for us. We always take the later evening flight home and still have time to grab something to eat after security.

One time, I called DME to request a pick-up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. This was the day before my flight, after I had received the notice of MDE time. They granted my request. Another time, I was at the bus stop early and approached the driver of the bus that was before my scheduled bus. I asked if I could get on this one instead. He told me to wait until everyone else was on board and he would let me know. Turns out that there was a no-show at the previous stop so he had room for me. The fact that I was by myself certainly helped in the second situation.
