What time is it now and how's the weather in your neck of the woods, Part 3

Checking in from the desert. Beautiful, beautiful weather this week. Sunny skies and temps in the high 80's/low 90's.

Is anyone else experiencing temps in the 90's yet? We've been a bit above normal for this time of year. Next week is supposed to "cool down" to the high 70's/low 80's.

It is 10:30am with sunshine and a temp of 75, climbing to 91 later this afternoon.

And, here are a few pics of springtime in the desert.

We have gotten up into the 90's here in the Texas hill country, but a cold front blew through bringing rain with it. Temps in the 70's today and back into the 80's until the middle of next week.



Love spring here. Bluebonnets are in full bloom and it is so beautiful driving down the highway.

27 and snowing now. Thing is, it was about 28, sunny and lovely this morning, so I decided to go get my snow tires off. I wore my sandals since it was so nice outside, but by the time I got to Wasilla, it was 24, overcast, snowing and there were 5 inches on the ground already. How overly optimistic the sandals were!

The guys at the tire place were nice enough to drive me across the street to McDonalds so I could wait there and eat breakfast. I felt silly calling for a ride back, but whoa were my feet cold after I walked back to the office. Now the snow is falling where I live as well--what a difference 10 miles can make here in weather and snow accumulation.

7:45 a.m. and already 60 here in Cincinnati, heading for a high of 70! It's cloudy and supposed to rain this morning, but I'll take rain if I can have 70 degrees.

NO SCHOOL!!!!!

It's trying to snow or rain here, but all it's doing is raining dirt. It was so windy yesterday that it was blowing nothing but dust around. Mix that with the little bit of rain, and you get raining dirt. At least that's what it looked like on my truck this morning.

Sustained winds of 25-30mph by my house yesterday. Wind gusts as high as 50mph. It was worse in other areas of our state.

9:05 pm. Cloudy and the winds are down to about 15mph. Currently 43 degrees but feels like 35 with the wind chill.

It is 10:25 p.m. on Th, and it's about 90 degrees, humid as can be, and the air is so still, you have to push your way through it. And that will be the weather for the rest of 2013 as well.

After three days of spring (finally) it's only 47 degrees and rainy here today at 10:15am.

My DS is having a big 10th birthday party (a medieval tournament!) tomorrow and it was supposed to be held mostly outside, but the weather doesn't look so hot right now. I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do with 10 "knights" inside my house!!

Nothing new in these parts of the woods. Hot some days, cold some others. Only constant thing is the drought and the winds.

9:25am and it's currently 53 degrees. Slightly breezy but supposed to be stronger winds later on in the day.
