It's 11:53 am here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and the current temperature is sitting at a chilly 59 degrees.

There's a slight breeze but I must persevere and walk to the post office as I have a Disney encyclopedia awaiting me!

Sunny and 57. I'm so cold I can't stand it. I refuse to turn the heat on lol. It's 67 in the house, it feels so cold.

The weather here has been perfect all week. Well, all month actually. Beautiful sunshine, slight breezes and temps in the 80s.

My main reason for posting tonight, though, is to check in on Momrek06.

Momrek06, I know you have a lot of family and friends back home in Boston, and I'm hoping all is well. Please check in here when you get a chance. My heart goes out to everyone back East. I have a lot of relatives and friends in the Boston area, too, and the past few days have been difficult. We've felt shock, worry, sadness, grief and anger. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the city of Boston and everyone affected by this senseless tragedy.

A beautiful afternoon in Phoenix: 1:45 pm- 88 degrees, sunny with a few drifting clouds.

Forecasters are calling for the weekend to be in the high 90s. That's getting a little on the warm side for the end of April!

It's lovely here on Long Island today very sunny and almost 62 degrees. The next seven days are looking as good if not better.

8:15 and 29 degrees. It's supposed to be above freezing by midday for all of the week and sunny (but rain/snow mix) on Saturday. Still, most of the snow is gone except for piles from plowing, and I've been able to walk in the evenings.

Edit: Noooooooo! They changed the forecast on me. Rain, rain and more rain and then wintery mix on Saturday. It's very sunny right now . . .

It's 10:14 a.m. here in Pennsauken, New Jersey and is a slightly cool 62 degrees. Very sunny. Nice day.

Nothing has really changed here. Weather still can't make up it's mind if it wants to be hot or cold. Temps were in the low 80's this past weekend. Today's high will be in the low 50's.

It's still windy and dry, that hasn't changed. We have our 2nd forest fire of the year. Hope they can control it pretty quickly.

9:35 am and it's currently 35 degrees.

It's even warmer today, sure wish I could go out and do top off! Have to work, maybe after work
