I can not remember the last time my DH and I went to bed at the same time. I go to bed at a "normal" time around 11:00pm. My DH is a night owl and doesn't come to bed until well after 2 or 3 in the morning. And even then he says he's not tired. It drives me crazy.

I am just curious about what time most people go to bed.

9:00-give to take 30 minutes.

I start work at 3:00 AM though.

I try to be in bed before 10 PM because I get up at 4:15 AM with DH. He leaves the house by 5:15, so we have coffee and I make his lunch. Ifade early in the evening, but I can get a lot done in the morning though.

DH & I tend to go to bed by midnight. We like that hour. We get the 11pm NEWS and watch 30 min of Jay Leno and then off to bed. We have a home/office and we do not open up until 9am. :sunny:

After 2am and sometimes I don't sleep. Last night I went to sleep around 3:30am.

I go to bed between 11-11:30 but my DH doesn't usually come to bed until 1 and we both get up at 6:30. I don't know how he does it. I'd be such a grouch!

I can't vote, because it really depends. During the work week, between midnight and 1 a.m. On the weekends, between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. DBF goes to bed between 2 and 3 a.m. every night (he works at home, so he doesn't have to get up at a certain time).

ETA: I voted midnight, since that's the time I try to go to bed!

I"m with disneyAddict--it all depends on which night we're speaking of. When i'm not working, I go to bed about 10:30-11pm. When I'm working, I get off after 2am so i'm up 'til about 4am, then up again at 6 to get DS11 on the bus.

No wonder I feel so exhausted. :guilty:

I normally go to bed between midnight and one during the week. I used to be able to survive on three hours of sleep but now I need at least 5-6. I like going to bed when I'm really tired not just a little tired so I can fall asleep quickly my bed gets pretty noisy with my cat purring on my head. He likes to lay on my pillow behind my head and purr us both to sleep.

During the work week I usually go to bed between 11:00-11:30 (though I always swear I am going to start going to bed earlier). Weekends I usually go to sleep between 12:00-1:00am.

I'm another "It depends." For example, today I have to work from 5pm-11:45 pm so I went to bed last night around 3 am.

Saturday I have to work from 10am-4pm so I'll try to go to bed by midnight tomorrow night.

It all depends upon when I work.

If I had my way, I'd be in bed about 11pm every night.

10:30 to 11:00pm-ish on most weeknights. We almost always go to bed together.

What I find interesting is the number of couples (US included) who go to bed at different times. This has almost always been the case in our 25 years of marriage and it often bothers me. We have so little time when it is just "us" and when we can talk about the events of the day, etc. And I would think that spending a little time together before sleep would help with that. But as I said, it does not happen often here. And I don't know whether it makes me feel good or bad to know that there are others out there like us. :confused3

generally midnight or later. my dh goes to bed around 10.

I rarely get to bed before 1 am. I work from home, so that's the best time for me to get anything done!

My husband and I never go to bed at the same time. I get up for work at 5:30 a.m. and go to bed promptly at 10:00 p.m.

My husband works from home. Early on in our marriage he was a musician and never got home before 3:00 a.m. or so. He continues to be a night owl and doesn't go to bed before 1:00 a.m. (usually later).

We are really opposites when it comes to a our sleep habits. However, we've been married for 32 years, so I guess it's working for us so far :teeth:
