I got to bed at 9:00 p.m. (sometimes earlier). I get up at 4:30 a.m., get two kids fed and dressed, and am out of the house by 5:45 a.m. for a LONG commute. So, I do need my sleep. I don't vary too much on the weekends because then I get all wacked out, but sometimes it is really hard to go to sleep that early. I think a more natural time for me would be 10:00 p.m.
