What time do CS places serve lunch?

What time do the CS places start to serve lunch? I was thinking about eating a early lunch around 11am to try to avoid the crowds in Sept. Do the CS places get crowded around this time?

Most (the ones not serving breakfast) open at 11am, I believe...
