"like the bed--and it's tall enough that my golden retriever sleeps UNDER it"

My cat would be totally tramatized if my bed were any lower. My cat loves to sleep on the box spring under my bed (cant get the matress down there)

I had one of those when I lived in Germany. I don't think the connector was very good, though (this was the 1980's). It was like sleeping in twin beds--I hated it.

Well, first, we don't have traditional mattresses and box springs - but inflatable mattresses (like Sleep Number, but not). Then the "connector" is on those and then a king size memory foam topper over the whole thing and then the bedding. Works great!

We went from a king to a queen and love it.

Twin. But wanting to move up to a full size just so I'd have room as several of my cats like to curl up with me.

We had a full sized bed until I got pregnant and quickly got a King... great, lots of room, but now we are thinking of downsizing to a queen...

Twin. It works for me because I sleep alone and I'm only 4'3". :cutie: Plus my bedroom isn't that big and I like having the extra space for other things that a bigger bed would hog up.

DFiance and I share a king.

Throught my whole childhood and college I only ever slept in a twin bed. As soon as we bought a house, I demanded a king bed. I've never slept in a bed so huge!!

I voted other - we have a Olympic Queen - it is several inches longer and wider than a standard queen but we didn't have to buy a new bed set. It has a box spring and then a platform that sits on top of the box spring to suppoer the large mattress. It is amazing how much difference those extra inches make.

DD has a twin

At home DS has a queen that he sleeps diagonally in :lmao: he is 6'4"
His dorm has an extra long twin which he says he has no issues with and his feet don't hang off the end.

DH and I have a queen. It's perfect for us.

DH and I slept in a double bed for 15 years. He always said he didn't want me to be able to get too far away from him.

Two kids and two cats later, we decided to get a king. I love having the sleeping space, but don't like that there seems to be an ocean (and two kids and one cat) between us all the time.

DDs are 8 & 9 and have twin beds. Their rooms are tiny so I don't know what we are going to do if we have to get them bigger ones.

DH and I have a king size bed, and I love it. We have a soy and bamboo mattress, which is really comfy!

We have a full right now, but I keep dropping hints about wanting a king. Our two cats like to sleep in the bed with us, and it's getting a little crowded. Also, I'm hoping I'll be pregnant by next winter and I know I'll need the extra space then.

Only problem is, we'd have to find a frame that has a headboard with shelves in it. Not sure how to explain it better. Our cats each have their own shelf, and when we get into bed to watch the news, they climb up into their own little cubby hole until we go to sleep, then they join us. :goodvibes
