What rides are better during MNSSHP?

I'm hoping to get some rides 'out of the way' at MNSSHP so that when we put in a full day at MK we won't have to wait in line for them, and we can catch a show or two.

What rides are better:

-at night
-when you can take advantage of less crowds
-during MNSSHP specifically

My kids are 8,6&4 btw.

My plan includes doing at least the following during MNSSHP:

Splash Mountain (we like at night)
Thunder Mountain (we like at night)
Haunted Mansion
Space Mountain
Buzz Lightyear
Jungle Cruise

We don't have young children so we don't worry so much about Dumbo, Snow White, Carousel, etc.; however, we'll also try to squeeze in Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh.

I agree with everything Mrs. Toad listed above. I especially enjoy Splash Mountain and Haunted Mansion more at night. I would also add the carousel. There's something very magical about riding it when it's dark!

The carousel is great at night. On our last trip, we rode Big Thunder at night, and it was so cool. It was like a completely different ride.

Last time we hit the mountains multiple times during MNSSHP. We never waited long for anthing during the party. Also, I would suggest riding Jungle Cruise at night...it was much better in the dark. Enjoy your trip!

Our favorites are HM and splash. Some of the cm for HM looked extra creepy for the halloween party! Have a great time!
