What one item do you pack..

that you think no one else does? We always pack a couple of clothes pins. We use them to keep snack bags closed tightly, and to keep the room's drapes together at night. We also pack a night light. We've been in hotel rooms that are very dark, which makes the night time trip to the bathroom very dangerous.

I've actually packed both of those. I won't share my whole packing list...it's embarrassing!

Let's see tho...I've packed one of those plastic cups with a lid (like kids get at Applebee's and other restaurants) filled with 5 oz Dixie cups to share drinks at counter service at the parks. It worked out really well.

I pack my scale (so I don' t come home to a huge surprise) and my see through back pack (makes getting through the back check areas really simple.

shoelaces - once mine broke and you wouldn't believe I could not find them anywhere in the airport or on Disney property.

I also pack a small air freshener for the bathroom...you know why...no bathroom windows and those fans don't seem to work very well!!
My kid thinks I'm nuts....but while I'm packing for my upcoming trip now, I notice the aerosol can almost empty!....so Somebody's been using it!

I pack ziplock bags, they come in so handy for wet things that you don't have time to dry before coming home or to pack toiletries that might pop open in the suitcase.

I like this idea. I have a pair of walking shoes that breaks my laces quite often. Thanks.

I pack a Yankee Candle House Frangrancer. Some of the hotels (for Hockey Tourney's can be ........ in need of some frangrancing).

Also, lots of zip lock bags for toiletries.

I always pack an empty fold-up style suitcase because I know I will be coming home with more than I left with! You can't go to Disney and not buy something, at least I can't!

Just remembered, as I'm packing for tomorrow...I pack barf bags in a carryon bag. I started doing this after a trip where DD felt nauseaous on the plane, and there wasn't a bag in the seat pocket (she didn't throw up, luckily) and The Christmas Tree Shops had a 5 pack of barf bags marked down to 20 cents. (Don't you just love a bargain? ) I keep them in the car seat pockets too.

A couple of kitchen size trash bags for dirty clothes. When I pack to go home I just throw the bag of dirty clothes in the suitcase, as is.

LOL- I love the bathroom freshener one---great idea!

I pack the ziplocs and I also pack my own laundry tablets and dryer sheets. I read that on these boards long ago and what a great tip. Saves ya some bucks on laundry day at the World.

I also pack disposable bowls and spoons and a box or two of cereal so we can quickly have some breakfast in the room most mornings. We just buy a little carton of milk when we get our coffee in the AM..I love now that Disney is putting FREE fridges in the mods and deluxes. Great perk.
