What is this discount from Disney Des?

Hi,

I got this email in my Dec. "Hello." I'm not sure if it's a discount or just normal rack rates? Can someone help me?

Week-long packages start as low as $58* a day per person, including hotel room and Theme Park tickets.

*Based on a 6-night/7-day vacation for two adults, one junior and one child in a standard room at a select Disney Value Resort for stays most nights 1/1/08–2/13/08, 3/30/08–5/21/08, 8/3/08–11/25/08 and 11/30/08–12/18/08. The number of rooms allocated for this package may be limited. Tickets must be used within 14 days of first use. One Theme Park per day. Only valid reservations booked between 11/23/07–12/23/07 are eligible for the phone call.

This is the offer they post .. 7 days.. 6 nights.. 1600$ for the family of four...

This isn't much of a discount .. it's just value season rates I think.
