Please help. We have two families of 4. Two adults and two teens each. We are looking for the BWV or the BCV or OKW between 12/26 and 01/01. What would be comfortable for us. We would love to try the Villas. We have been to all of the resorts. How many rooms? Should we get two studios or a Two bedroom and where?? Thanks in advance to all you Mickey Lovers

Christmas Week is a very busy time of year. I would take whatever I can get at this point unless your are talking about 2005 Christmas week. I would get a two bedroom you may have a shot at getting one.

Chances are best at OKW as well, because of the sheer number of rooms. We waitlisted for a 2BR a couple years ago and it came through just before the 30 day mark.

While you would fit in both a studio and one bedroom, a two bedroom would be more comfortable for each family. We just stayed at SSR for seven nights in a one bedroom with four of us (me, husband, son 11 and SIL) and it was very crowded. We tried to get a two bedroom but they were booked and the waitlist didn't do any any good.

OKW has the largest rooms, but I would reccommend a 2 bedroom there for two families. The large living room and kitchen would make it much more private, and the second bedroom has two beds rather than a bed a sleep sofa. The sleep sofa in the living room is very comfortable, and there is also a love seat in addition to the sleep sofa.

I hope you are talking about 2005, because it is VERY late to be planning for that time this year.

Greg, are all the teens the same sex? That would really be the ONLY way I could see all 8 of you staying in 1 two bedroom unit. Then, one couple in the master, one couple in the living room, and all the teens in the second bedroom. Otherwise, I would advise each family get their own unit, a one bedroom at least for each. Are you talking this Christmas? It may be too late to have much of a choice.

boy some people forgot that that most of the world doesn't have money.

the studios have 2 queen beds at OKW only,
the 1-bedroom has a king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, plus a love seat (big enough for a small child) again OKW only.

the two bedroom is a combination of a 1bedroom and a studio.

OKW will only provide bedding for its sleeping units - so if you intend to use the love seat - bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows.

some people actually share a room with their children (I know hard to believe) - the females in one bed and the males in the under.....

not the parents in one room and the kids in another.

anyway find the best deal for your situation.
