At Beach Blanket Buffet there is almost anything you could ever want for breakfast, a few examples
cold cereals, hot cereals, Mickey Waffles, pancakes, toast, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and so many other things I can't seem to to remember at the moment.
You should not go away hungry.
I have never gone to breakfast in the dining rooms except debarkation morning. They too have the normal type of breakfast foods, except it is served to you by the wait staff.

Add Krispie Kreme doughnuts. On the Magic they have made to order omletes (don't know if they are on the Wonder). Freshly made crousants (plain and chocolate filled - they are great!!)

The sit down breakfast at Triton's was really nice. I had chocolate milk, scrambled eggs, toast, bacon; my boyfriend had eggs benedict, milk, a danish and coffee.

We didn't get the chance to do the breakfast buffet though...but we could smell it, and it smelled delicious!

We ate there every morning. They had eggs Benedict, which is my favorite, but I like it with smoked salmon. So I ordered both and removed the ham and add the smoked salmon. It was soooo great! I love sit-down dining and really don't like buffets at all, so we didn't eat anywhere but Tritons. I highly recommend it!
