What is the latest time you can arrive at mco to be able to use the magical express? We are looking at a flight that would arrive at 10pm!!!! Just curious

You can use ME any time, past 10:00 p.m. you just have to grab your own luggage. They will not transport it to the resort for you so keep the yellow tags off.

They transport luggage for flights arriving between 5am and 10pm.

I wouldn't risk it. Even if they do they wouldn't get to your room until the early hours of the morning or you could have them held until the next morning. If you are delayed for any reason, head winds, at your home airport, etc. you would land past 10:00 p.m. I believe they work off actual time of landing not scheduled.

I won't tag my bags unless my flight is due to land well before 9pm!!! I don't want to take the chance of landing late and having those tagged bags just sit there until the next day.
Yes, DME says they will take care of checked tagged bags up until 10pm, but I'm sure the baggage people start 'quitting time' a bit early....just wouldn't chance it that late.

If you arrive in the main terminal building after 10 PM, then go to the carousel. If your bags don't appear there (yellow tags or not) then file a claim before leaving the area.
