what is a tag fairy??

i keep seeing this on posts and have no idea what it is???

It's a person who has the ability to add things to your "user title" information under your avatar. Sometimes they will just add a little color and other times they will put something you said in there. I, personally, have never been tagged. I guess I'm just not interesting enough.
