What is 90+10 for ADRs???

Saw this on another thread. Am I the only one who has never heard of it??? I am getting close to the 90 day mark for my Christmas trip....Who is eligible and how do we get it? Which phone number do we call??? What info do we need to tell them?? Is this new???
 
I believe the 90+10 is where you can make your ADR (PS) 90 days out and the + 10 is from that 90 day mark the following 10 days of your trip you can also make the ADRs.
Example tomorrow is the 19th of Sept I can make my ADRs for 90 days out the first being DEC 16 and the + 10 being on Dec 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, & 26. I think everyone is elegible to make the ADR's and you'll want to have a good idea of the different restaurants you want incl. days and times. Flexibility is always a good thing when trying for some of the more popular places.

I believe that you have to be staying on site in order to get the 90 +10 ADRs. When I called to make mine, they asked for my confirmation number before they would make any ADRs.

Thanks for the info. I need to look at the calendar but I think I can go ahead and call. We sat down with the calendar and made plans for about 3 meals we want to schedule in December.
 
They will ask you if you are staying onsite and ask for your reservation number. Your DVC confirmation number will work, and then you can book everything for your entire stay (up to 10 days). You can book CRT at 90+10, but only SOME of the tables are released ahead of time. If you can't get it at your 90+10 mark, you can call exactly at 90 days when they release the rest of the tables. That's what I had to do. It is my understanding that this is the only restaurant that works this way.

Also, I don't know if you read the restaurant board at all, but people who don't make ADR's at 90 days can run into some trouble getting them, even at 60 days, at the more popular restaurants like Chef Mickey's, Ohana's, etc. CM's I spoke to claim this is because of the popularity of the dining plan.
