What has to be completed before getting boarding group?

There are three of us in stateroom. Once we all have checked and saved Port Arrival time, shouldn’t we get a boarding number? What are we missing?

In the end, our friend from OK called. She’s the lead, and we are set! We are boarding group 12. Now we wait for the Safe Passage OK.
