What happens to linked park tickets if you change a resort reservation?

We currently have a reservation at WL for Thanksgiving week but plan to try moving it to a different resort at our 7-month mark. We purchased park tickets in February to beat the annual price increase and, without thinking we may change our reservation, we went ahead and linked them to our WL reservation on My Disney Experience. So if we cancel that reservation and rebook elsewhere, will we have a problem relinking those tickets? Does anyone know? Thanks!

The tickets will still be linked of you change your resort and/or dates since they are stand alone and not part of a package,

The tickets are not linked to your resort information. They are part of your My Disney Experience (MDE) account.

The tickets are linked to you, not a reservation. You could have linked them even if you had no reservations at all.

As stand-alone park tickets, they will remain as being able to reserve FP+ 30 days out even if there is no room reservation in MDE. Once you take out the old reservation and put in the new one, they will have the 60 day FP+ period attached to the new reservation which automatically attaches whenever you have both park tickets and a WDW reservation in MDE. As noted above when considering changes, all that ever matters for getting FP+ is what is actually listed at any given point in time in your reservations and ticket sections in your MDE account, not what has been taken out.
