What EXACTLY is open during MK early hour?

I'm so confused on what's open/closed during Magic Kingdom's early magic hour? Trying to plan a day there but want to know what will be closed. Anyone know? Thanks!

When I went .. it was basically Tomorrowland and FantasyLand and any attractions in there.

You are asking about Early Magic Hours, right? Not the new Early Magic Morning. If so, @tlmadden73 is right, just Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. Many of the shops that are not part of attraction exits and particularly food places are also closed.
