What else to say to the characters???

When I met Marie in France I told her that I have a white kitty and that I love cats. She purred and rubbed her head against me. I scratched her behind the ears. One of my favorite encounters.

I also asked Baloo if he's found the bear-neccessities and where Kit Cloudkicker was.

The princesses always ask me if DH is my prince. Belle asked if he was my beast. A fun picture is to have a princess take DH's arm while the DW stands aside looking jealous.

I've also offered Snow White a candy apple. It didn't go over well.

While seeing Scrooge McDuck I asked if there was a fee to see him. He nodded vigourously and held out his hand. I placed a few coins there and he dropped them! That made him smack his head and hide it in his hands in embarassment. The kids loved it!

Ohhh, where did you see Scrooge?! I love Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck!

I do a pretty decent Donald voice, so the kids always make me talk to Donald in his voice whenever we meet him.

The characters always react strongly to stuffed versions of themselves, or (especially in Don's case) of other characters.

We usually tell Belle about recent books we've read.

And definitely ask Mary Poppins to say "supercali . . . " backwards.

My younger daughter, being named Mary, gets good reactions from the fairies because she's very small and the Fairy Mary they know is . . . not.

When we met the Up characters in march, I'm sad to say I asked Dug about squirrels. I'm not very original. So sorry, Dug!! Ask Russell if he has any new badges.

Tell Donald that he's #1, he'll love it! I also told him I loved his sass, which went over very well

Marie is an absolute delight. She'll rub her head against you, and if you have anything dangling off, say, a pen or a hat, she may bat at it!

Ask Mulan about Mushu.

Snow White hears about apples a lot, I'm sure. Try to get on "her" ride in MK and tell her how scary it was. Assure her you only eat green apples.

While it's not very original, I try to tell Minnie and Daisy how pretty they look.

I told the Beast that he was very princely.

If you see Brer Bear or Brer Fox, talk about your laughing place.

Some of my best encounters with characters didn't even involve conversation. Mr. Smee took off my Mets cap (I borrowed my Dad's - I'm a Phillies fan... *L*) and put it on top of his own hat. The Queen of Hearts grabbed my autograph book "rudely" and snapped it shut when she was done... that sort of thing.

This is great! We are leaving this week...and the UP characters are only going to be there until May 1...so that is our first stop when we get there. I love that movie! I may ask Dug how he likes being the Alpha LOL

We were in line for Captain Hook and Smee when the CM gave dds some "pixie dust" to blow on them. It was great, Captain Hook ran and hide behind some barrels and wouldn't come out for awhile and then he yelled at the CM. The girls thought it was hilarious.

At AK camp minnie & mickey. We told Donald that he is #1 and not Mickey Mouse. He even wrote #1 next to his autograph.

We told Jasmine e would be seeing Cinderella later. She told a message to tell cinderella.

I make my DD dresses. She is in love with Minnie. When she wore her dress Minnie would twirl in her dress...and told DD to do the same.

My DH told Chip and Dale they are rascals...and they lived up to it LOL!

Ask Donald Duck where Mickey Mouse is... talk about indignant!!!

She tried to 'off my head', which my kids thought was hilarious. Otherwise I tell her I love her bloomer's, and if the CM knows what bloomers are, she will show her heart covered pantaloons. Priceless.
